Synopsis

Set in the Karavali region of coastal Karnataka, the film unfolds around Kambala — the traditional buffalo race — and the community whose identity is bound to it. Prajwal Devaraj leads as the story moves through revenge and power struggles between man and nature, with Raj B. Shetty as Maveera. Written, directed and produced by Gurudatha Ganiga, with music by Sachin Basrur and cinematography by Abhimanyu Sadanandan, Karavali released worldwide on 24 July 2026. The film was edited by Dark Bird Films' Pratheek Shetty.
